Policy

At Level-Up Cleans, we prioritize the safety and protection of our customers and their property. To provide peace of mind, we maintain comprehensive insurance coverage tailored to our cleaning services:

  • Liability Protection: We carry Commercial General Liability Insurance with coverage up to $5 million. ​ This ensures that you’re protected in the rare event of property damage or injury during our services. ​

  • Customer Property Coverage: Your belongings are important to us. ​ Our Bailee’s Liability Insurance covers up to $25,000 for any direct physical loss or damage to your property while it’s in our care. ​

  • Employee Dishonesty Coverage: We have insurance in place to protect against theft of your property by our employees, with coverage up to $10,000. ​

We are fully insured through Tokio Marine Canada Ltd., \ brokered by Zensurance Brokers Inc.. ​

Terms & Conditions

  • The specific services required for each clean should be established beforehand, including an ordered list of priorities.

  • If timing is restrictive, it may not be possible to complete every task; clients should be informed of this no less than 1 hour before scheduled completion.

  • There is a minimum cleaning fee of $50.00 regardless of cleaning duration, unless otherwise specified.

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice from either party, the minimum cleaning fee is owed on same-day cancellations unless otherwise specified.

  • Payments are to be made within 24 hours of job completion. If payment isn't received after 3 days without prior agreement, an additional 20% fee is incurred.

  • Clients are asked to ensure servicing areas are accessible, with any off-limits areas declared beforehand.

  • We ask that disruptive pets / children, and valuables are secured.

  • We do not enter rooms or knock on doors where people are working unless explicitly asked.

  • We do not clean homes with active cockroach or bed-bug activity, any history of of pest activity must be accurately communicated before booking. Otherwise cleaners may leave immediately with their accumulated hours paid + 75% of the remaining scheduled time.

  • A history of minor mouse or nuisance-pest activity is assessed individually, and if serviceable, may require the client to supply all of their own cleaning equipment.

  • We may offer customary re-cleans or credits for reasonable claims of dissatisfaction. Refunds are only offered if deliberate neglect is demonstrated.

  • We respect your privacy and will maintain confidentiality regarding all information and property associated with your cleaning service.

  • The specific services required for each clean should be established beforehand, including an ordered list of priorities.

  • If timing is restrictive, it may not be possible to complete every task

  • There's a minimum cleaning fee of $50.00, unless otherwise specified.

  • Cleaners may leave immediately on failure to disclose this, with +75% of remaining time owed.

  • A history of minor nuisance-pest activity is assessed individually, potentially requiring client-provided equipment.

  • We respect your privacy and will maintain confidentiality regarding all information and property associated with your cleaning service.
